Our Team:
Steve’s been in the business of helping people find the right mortgage loan since 2000. He specializes in helping people understand the mortgage and home buying process. Steve’s been then President of the Home Builders Association of Howard County and currently serves as State Director. He’s also the current President of Local Lenders and board member at TCCA (The Children’s Christian Academy). Steve is also a four time Honor Affiliate of The Year for the Realtors Association of Central Indiana. Steve is happily married with five children and two grandchildren. He loves spending time with family & friends, and enjoys relaxing by the pool, riding his motorcycle and rooting for the Reds, Pacers and the Colts!
Ryan grew up in the small town of Peru, IN and has resided in Kokomo with his family since 2001. He’s been helping home buyers with their financing since 2003. Ryan started the business at GMAC Mortgage, moved to First Republic in 2008, and then in 2013, opened up the first LeaderOne Financial in Indiana. His biggest passion in the mortgage industry is helping first time homebuyers put together a path to home ownership. Ryan’s happily married with two boys that both attended Taylor High School. When Ryan’s not working, you can find him playing racquetball, hanging out with his wife, riding his Harley or enjoying a cold beverage. Ryan loves rooting for the Colts, the Pacers and Sunday morning golf.
